Terms & Conditions

At CJ's Luxe Cleaning Solutions, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service with transparency and care. These terms outline the expectations for both our clients and our team to ensure a smooth and satisfying experience every time.

1. Cleaning Services

  • Duties are specified during booking.

  • All cleaning products and equipment are supplied by our team.

  • If safety concerns arise, staff reserve the right to terminate the service.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver the best results, we ask that clients:

  • Provide a safe working environment

  • Ensure unobstructed access to all cleaning areas

  • Make utilities available (hot/cold water, electricity, rubbish bins)

  • Inform us of any known hazards before service begins

  • Secure pets in a room not scheduled for cleaning

  • For end-of-lease cleans, remove all furniture and personal items beforehand (fees may apply if items need to be moved)

  • Report any issues within 72 hours via your property manager for a complimentary re-clean (within original scope)

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due within 7 days of service completion

  • We accept cash, credit card, or direct deposit

  • For ongoing services, payment must be received before the next scheduled clean

  • Jobs over $120 require a 20% deposit at booking; the balance is due upon completion

  • Credit card payments may incur a fee of 1.5%–2%, depending on card type

4. Late Payment

  • A 10% late fee applies to invoices unpaid after 7 days

5. GST

  • Tax invoices are provided for all services

6. Quotations

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days

  • Accepting a quote confirms acceptance of these terms

  • Additional costs for services outside the original quote will be communicated before work begins

  • Quotes are based on client-provided information and may change if circumstances differ

7. Changes to Service Days or Times

  • Changes must be communicated and agreed upon in advance

  • Additional services may be arranged if time permits or scheduled separately

  • All bookings require confirmation

  • Properties must be accessible at the scheduled time; cancellation fees may apply otherwise

8. Complaints

  • While we take great care, we are not liable for damages not caused by staff negligence

  • Service dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours

  • Damage claims must also be made within 24 hours

  • We’ll work to resolve issues promptly, offering a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion

9. Personal Information

  • Your information will not be shared with third parties not directly involved in service delivery, unless required by law

10. No Locked-In Contract

  • No contract is required for regular cleaning services

  • We encourage open communication to ensure your satisfaction every time
